Membership validity can be viewed by logging into your personal account.
For orders reaching HKD$1,400, a maximum of HKD$100 E-Dollar can be applied. Members have the flexibility to customize the amount of E-Dollar used or choose not to apply any for a specific transaction.
Birthday gifts are limited to one per member during their birthday month and must be collected together with an online or in-store purchase. Please refer to our E-Newsletter for details. Members must hold a valid membership before the 1st day of their birthday month to be eligible. Birthday offers are only redeemable within the birthday month and will expire thereafter.
New Member Reward: Referees who register via a [Referral Link] will receive HKD$100 shopping credit (valid for 30 days).
Referrer Reward: Once the referee registers and completes a purchase of at least HKD$1,400 (order status must be "Completed"), the referrer will receive HKD$200 shopping credit (valid for 45 days).
Green Leaf members and above may use their accumulated points to redeem designated products within specified periods.

Priority access is ranked as follows: Fruit members (Highest Priority), followed by Flower members, and Green Leaf members.
Fruit members enjoy the highest priority for pre-orders. Any remaining slots will be allocated to Flower members first, then Green Leaf members.
Fruit and Flower members can enjoy professional testing at a discounted price; other tiers are required to pay the regular price. Upon completion of the test, the fee paid can be used to offset the purchase of products of equivalent value.

Points to Note

When the order reaches $1,400, a maximum of $100 cash pounds can be used. Additionally, the member can choose the amount of cash pounds to use or choose not to deduct any cash pounds.
Members must be logged in during checkout to be entitled to get rewarded. If the customer ticks "I want to become a member" during checkout, they will not be considered logged in, and thus, even if the order amount meets the minimum purchase condition, the customer will not receive cash pounds.
The system will only offer cash pounds after the order amount still fulfils the criteria after being deducted by discounts, including store-wide/custom product discounts, member tier discounts, cash pounds, delivery fees, and payment fees.
The rule for offering the order reward credit is that when the payment status of the member's order is changed to "Paid," the system will check whether there is a logged-in member when the order is placed and whether the amount of the order meets the current order reward credit conditions. The time when the order is established is not considered.
If the member's order is changed to "Paid" at the moment and the order reward credits feature is not enabled, the member will not receive the credits.
Points will be reset on 31st December of each year.
