• Members must be logged in during checkout to be entitled to get rewarded. If the customer ticks "I want to become a member" during checkout, they will not be considered logged in, and thus, even if the order amount meets the minimum purchase condition, the customer will not receive cash pounds.
   
• The system will only offer cash pounds after the order amount still fulfils the criteria after being deducted by discounts, including store-wide/custom product discounts, member tier discounts, cash pounds, delivery fees, and payment fees.
   
• The rule for offering the order reward credit is that when the payment status of the member's order is changed to "Paid," the system will check whether there is a logged-in member when the order is placed and whether the amount of the order meets the current order reward credit conditions. The time when the order is established is not considered.
   
• If the member's order is changed to "Paid" at the moment and the order reward credits feature is not enabled, the member will not receive the credits.
   
• E-Dollars and points will be reset on 31st December of each year and will be recalculated and updated.
   
• We will take into consideration the balance of E-Dollars and points from the previous year and the consumption record up until 31st December of each year to adjust the membership level and exchange for new E-Dollars and points.
   
• The new E-Dollars and points will be deposited into your account in the first week of January. Please pay attention to email notifications.
